In 2012, I had the pleasure of raising money for a few Utica New York not-for-profits by doing comedy show fundraisers. It started last March, when I produced a show for the CNY Veterans Outreach Center. Since then, I have partnered with comedian Phil Farda to raise money for the Stevens Swan Humane Society, the Italian Heritage Club, the Alexandra Kogut Memorial Scholarship and the Ava Dorfman Senior Center in Rome, NY.

2013 will be more of the same. On February 7, we’ll be raising money for the American Heart Association. On February 23, we’ll be raising money for the Utica Rescue Mission, and on March 16, we’ll be raising money for the Clark Mills American Legion.
